(what is asthma in hindi) अस्थमा एक लम्बे समय मे होने वाली (chronic disease ) है, यह एक फेफड़ो की बीमारी है, इसमें airways मे सूजन आ जाती है,जिससे नली पतली हो जाती है,ऐसा होने पर जब हम स्वास लेते है, तो कभी - कभी अंदर से wheezing साउंड आता है,इसमें सास लेने मे समस्या होती है, सीने मे जकड़न महसूस होता है,सास फूलता है,अस्थमा मे ज्यादा खासी रात मे या फिर सुबह आती है.
